Please read these Terms carefully—if you do not agree to all provisions, do not use the Website or make a purchase.​

1. Account Creation & Use​

To make a purchase or access personalized features (e.g., saving shipping addresses, viewing order history), you may create a free account on the Website. When creating an account, you agree to:​

  • Size Charts: Our size charts are based on average child measurements, but fit may vary by style (e.g., a “slim-fit” shirt may run smaller than a “regular-fit” one). We include style-specific fit notes (e.g., “Runs small—size up if between sizes”) on product pages when applicable, but we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every child.​
  • Photos & Colors: Product photos are taken in natural light to reflect true colors, but slight variations may occur due to device screen settings (e.g., a “navy blue” dress may look darker on a phone than in person). We do not offer refunds or exchanges for color variations that are not due to a manufacturing defect.​

3.2 Order Cancellations​

You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed (i.e., before we send a “Processing Update” email). Once an order is processed (i.e., packed for shipping), it cannot be canceled—you’ll need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy if you no longer want the item.​

4. Product Safety & Compliance​

All our Products comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and other U.S. safety standards for children’s clothing, including:​

  • Lead and phthalate limits (no harmful chemicals in fabrics or trims like buttons or zippers).​
  • Flammability standards (especially for sleepwear, which meets the CPSC’s “slow-burning” requirements).​
  • Small parts warnings (e.g., “Not for children under 3 years—contains small buttons that may pose a choking hazard”) for Products with decorative elements that could come loose.​

We do not sell Products that are recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). If a Product you purchased is later recalled, we’ll email you with instructions on how to return it for a full refund (including shipping costs) and provide a free replacement if the Product is still available.​

5. User Conduct​

When using the Website, you agree to behave responsibly and not engage in any of the following:​

  • Uploading or sharing content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal (e.g., hate speech, malware, or unauthorized photos of children).​

This limitation does not apply to:​

  • Damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence (e.g., knowingly selling a defective Product that poses a safety risk).​
  • Personal injury or property damage caused by a defective Product (e.g., a zipper that breaks and cuts a child).​
